ਮਾਈ ਪ੍ਰਭ ਕੇ ਚਰਨ ਨਿਹਾਰਉ ॥

O mother, I long to see the Feet of God.

ਕਰਹੁ ਅਨੁਗ੍ਰਹੁ ਸੁਆਮੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਮਨ ਤੇ ਕਬਹੁ ਨ ਡਾਰਉ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥

Be Merciful to me, O my Lord and Master, that I might never forsake them from my mind. ||1||Pause||

ਸਾਧੂ ਧੂਰਿ ਲਾਈ ਮੁਖਿ ਮਸਤਕਿ ਕਾਮ ਕ੍ਰੋਧ ਬਿਖੁ ਜਾਰਉ ॥

Sadhhoo Dhhoor Laee Mukh Masathak Kam Krodhh Bikh Jaro ||

Applying the dust of the feet of the Holy to my face and forehead, I burn away the poison of sexual desire and anger.

ਸਭ ਤੇ ਨੀਚੁ ਆਤਮ ਕਰਿ ਮਾਨਉ ਮਨ ਮਹਿ ਇਹੁ ਸੁਖੁ ਧਾਰਉ ॥੧॥

Sabh Thae Neech Atham Kar Mano Man Mehi Eihu Sukh Dhharo ||1||

I judge myself to be the lowest of all; in this way, I instill peace within my mind. ||1||

ਗੁਨ ਗਾਵਹ ਠਾਕੁਰ ਅਬਿਨਾਸੀ ਕਲਮਲ ਸਗਲੇ ਝਾਰਉ ॥
