The feet carry the burden of mouth, eyes, nose, ears, hands and the whole body.

ਸਭ ਚਿਹਨ ਛਡਿ ਪੂਜੀਅਨਿ ਕਉਣੁ ਕਰਮ ਕਮਾਂਦੇ।

Then, leaving aside all the body organs, only they (feet) are worshipped.
