Aagiaa Paaei Suaanbha Kee Su Mahaabeera Dheera Jodhe Aaee Chaandi Aupar Su Karodha Kai Banee Tthanee ॥

On receiving orders from king Sumbh, the warriors of great strength and composure, marched towards Chandi in great rage.,

Chandika taking her bow and arrow and Kali her sword, with great force destroyed the army in an instant.,

Jaise Baaroothala Mai Sabooha Bahe Pauna Hooaan Ke Dhoora Audi Chale Huei Ke Kottika Kanee Kanee ॥181॥

Just as in the desert, millions of the particles of dust, fly away before the violent wind.181.,

Khga Lai Kaalee Aau Chaandi Kuvaandi Biloka Kai Daanva Eiau Dabatte Hai ॥

Kali, taking the double-edged sword and Chandi her bow, have threatened the forces of the enemy like this:,

Ketaka Chaaba Gaeee Mukhi Kaalikaa Ketin Ke Sri Chaandi Katte Hai ॥

A sea of blood hath appeared on the earth, many warriors have left the battlefield and many are lying wounded.

Suaanbha Pai Jaaei Kahee Tin Eiau Bahu Beera Mahaa Tih Tthaur Latte Hai ॥182॥

Those who have fled, they have told Sumbh like this: “Many heroes are lying (dead in that place.”182.,

Seeing such a violent war, Vishnu thought,

Sakati Sahaaeita Ke Namita Bhejee Ranhi Maanjhaara ॥183॥

And sent the powers for the help of the goddess in the battlefield.183.,

Aaeisa Paaei Sabhai Sakatee Chali Kai Tahaa Chaandi Parchaanda Pai Aaeee ॥

As commanded by Vishnu, the powers of all the gods came for help for powerful Chandi.,

Devee Kahiao Tin Ko Kar Aadaru Aaeee Bhale Janu Boli Patthaaeee ॥

The goddess, in reverence, said to them: “Welcome, you have come as though I have called you.”,

Taa Chhabi Kee Aupamaa Ati Hee Kavi Ne Apane Man Mai Lakhi Paaeee ॥

The poet hath imagined well in his mind the glory of that occasion.,

Maanhu Saavan Maasa Nadee Chali Kai Jala Raasi Mai Aani Samaaeee ॥184॥

It seemed that the stream of Sawan (the rainy month) hath come and merged in the sea.184.,

Seeing the great many of the demons, the warriors of the powers of gods went in front of them for war.,

Baanni Saathi Hane Balu Kai Ran Mai Bahu Aavata Beera Giraaee ॥

With great force killed many with their arrows and caused the confronting warriors to lie dead in the battlefield.,

Daarhan Saathi Chabaaei Gaeee Kali Aaur Gahai Chahooaan Aori Bagaaee ॥

Kali chewed many with her molars, and had thrown asunder many of them in all the four directions.,
