ਅਨਹਦ ਰੂਪ ਅਨਾਹਦ ਬਾਨੀ ॥

Anhada Roop Anaahada Baanee ॥

He is Limitless Entity and hath infinite celestial strain.

ਚਰਨ ਸਰਨਿ ਜਿਹ ਬਸਤ ਭਵਾਨੀ ॥

Charn Sarni Jih Basata Bhavaanee ॥

The goddess Durga takes refuge at His Feet and abides there.

ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ਬਿਸਨੁ ਅੰਤੁ ਨਹੀ ਪਾਇਓ ॥

Barhamaa Bisanu Aantu Nahee Paaeiao ॥

Brahma and Vishnu Could not know His end.

ਨੇਤਿ ਨੇਤਿ ਮੁਖਚਾਰ ਬਤਾਇਓ ॥੫॥

Neti Neti Mukhchaara Bataaeiao ॥5॥

The four-headed god Brahma described Him ad ‘Neti Neti’ (Not this, Not this).5.

ਕੋਟਿ ਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਉਪਇੰਦ੍ਰ ਬਨਾਏ ॥

Kotti Eiaandar Aupaeiaandar Banaaee ॥

He hath created millions of Indras and Upindras (smaller Indras).

ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਉਪਾਇ ਖਪਾਏ ॥

Barhama Rudar Aupaaei Khpaaee ॥

He hath created and destroyed Brahmas and Rudras (Shivas).

ਲੋਕ ਚਤ੍ਰਦਸ ਖੇਲ ਰਚਾਇਓ ॥

Loka Chatardasa Khel Rachaaeiao ॥

He hath created the play of fourteen worlds.

ਬਹੁਰਿ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਬੀਚ ਮਿਲਾਇਓ ॥੬॥

Bahuri Aapa Hee Beecha Milaaeiao ॥6॥

And then Himself merges it within His Self.6.

ਦਾਨਵ ਦੇਵ ਫਨਿੰਦ ਅਪਾਰਾ ॥

Daanva Dev Phaniaanda Apaaraa ॥

Infinite demons, gods and Sheshanagas.

ਗੰਧ੍ਰਬ ਜਛ ਰਚੇ ਸੁਭ ਚਾਰਾ ॥

Gaandharba Jachha Rache Subha Chaaraa ॥

He hath created Gandharvas, Yakshas and being of high character.

ਭੂਤ ਭਵਿਖ ਭਵਾਨ ਕਹਾਨੀ ॥

Bhoota Bhavikh Bhavaan Kahaanee ॥

The story of past, future and present.

ਘਟ ਘਟ ਕੇ ਪਟ ਪਟ ਕੀ ਜਾਨੀ ॥੭॥

Ghatta Ghatta Ke Patta Patta Kee Jaanee ॥7॥

Regarding the inward recesses of every heart are known to Him.7.

ਤਾਤ ਮਾਤ ਜਿਹ ਜਾਤਿ ਨ ਪਾਤਾ ॥

Taata Maata Jih Jaati Na Paataa ॥

He Who hath no father, mother caste and lineage.

ਏਕ ਰੰਗ ਕਾਹੂੰ ਨਹਿ ਰਾਤਾ ॥

Eeka Raanga Kaahooaan Nahi Raataa ॥

He is not imbues with undivided love for anyone of them.

ਸਰਬ ਜੋਤਿ ਕੇ ਬੀਚ ਸਮਾਨਾ ॥

Sarba Joti Ke Beecha Samaanaa ॥

He is merged in all lights (souls).

ਸਭਹੂੰ ਸਰਬ ਠੌਰਿ ਪਹਿਚਾਨਾ ॥੮॥

Sabhahooaan Sarab Tthouri Pahichaanaa ॥8॥

I have recognized Him within all and visualized Him at all places. 8.

ਕਾਲ ਰਹਿਤ ਅਨਕਾਲ ਸਰੂਪਾ ॥

Kaal Rahita Ankaal Saroopaa ॥

He is deathless and a non-temporal Entity.

ਅਲਖ ਪੁਰਖੁ ਅਵਿਗਤਿ ਅਵਧੂਤਾ ॥

Alakh Purkhu Avigati Avadhootaa ॥

He is Imperceptible Purusha, Unmanifested and Unscathed.

ਜਾਤਿ ਪਾਤਿ ਜਿਹ ਚਿਹਨ ਨ ਬਰਨਾ ॥

Jaati Paati Jih Chihn Na Barnaa ॥

He Who is without caste, lineage, mark and colour.

ਅਬਿਗਤਿ ਦੇਵ ਅਛੈ ਅਨਭਰਮਾ ॥੯॥

Abigati Dev Achhai Anbharmaa ॥9॥

The Unmanifest Lord is Indestructible and ever Stable.9.

ਸਭ ਕੋ ਕਾਲ ਸਭਨ ਕੋ ਕਰਤਾ ॥

Sabha Ko Kaal Sabhan Ko Kartaa ॥

He is the Destroyer of all and Creator of all.

ਰੋਗ ਸੋਗ ਦੋਖਨ ਕੋ ਹਰਤਾ ॥

Roga Soga Dokhn Ko Hartaa ॥

He is the Remover of maladies, sufferings and blemishes.

ਏਕ ਚਿਤ ਜਿਹ ਇਕ ਛਿਨ ਧਿਆਇਓ ॥

Eeka Chita Jih Eika Chhin Dhiaaeiao ॥

He Who meditates upon Him with single mind even for an instant

ਕਾਲ ਫਾਸਿ ਕੇ ਬੀਚ ਨ ਆਇਓ ॥੧੦॥

Kaal Phaasi Ke Beecha Na Aaeiao ॥10॥

He doth not come within the trap of death. 10.

ਕਤਹੂੰ ਸੁਚੇਤ ਹੁਇ ਕੈ ਚੇਤਨਾ ਕੋ ਚਾਰੁ ਕੀਓ ਕਤਹੂੰ ਅਚਿੰਤ ਹੁਇ ਕੈ ਸੋਵਤ ਅਚੇਤ ਹੋ ॥

Katahooaan Sucheta Huei Kai Chetanaa Ko Chaaru Keeao Katahooaan Achiaanta Huei Kai Sovata Acheta Ho ॥

O Lord ! Somewhere becoming Conscious, Thou adrnest consciousness , somewhere becoming Carefree, thou sleepest unconsciously.

ਕਤਹੂੰ ਭਿਖਾਰੀ ਹੁਇ ਕੈ ਮਾਂਗਤ ਫਿਰਤ ਭੀਖ ਕਹੂੰ ਮਹਾ ਦਾਨਿ ਹੁਇ ਕੈ ਮਾਂਗਿਓ ਧਨ ਦੇਤ ਹੋ ॥

Katahooaan Bhikhaaree Huei Kai Maangata Phrita Bheekh Kahooaan Mahaa Daani Huei Kai Maangiao Dhan Deta Ho ॥

Somewhere becoming a beggar, Thou beggest alms and somewhere becoming a Supreme Donor, Thou bestowest the begged wealth.
