Bhayo Rudar Kopaan Dhariyo Soola Paanaan ॥

ਕਰੇ ਸੂਰਮਾ ਸਰਬ ਖਾਲੀ ਪਲਾਣੰ ॥

Kare Sooramaa Sarab Khaalee Palaanaan ॥

In great ire, Rudra held his trident in his hand and vacating the saddles of many horses, he killed many warriors.

ਉਤੇ ਏਕ ਦਛੰ ਇਤੈ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਏਕੰ ॥

Aute Eeka Dachhaan Eitai Rudar Eekaan ॥

ਕਰਿਯੋ ਕੋਪ ਕੈ ਜੁਧ ਭਾਤੰ ਅਨੇਕੰ ॥੪੫॥

Kariyo Kopa Kai Judha Bhaataan Anekaan ॥45॥

On the other side Daksha was alone on this side, Rudra was also alone both of them highly infuriated, waged the war in many ways.45.

ਗਿਰਿਯੋ ਜਾਨੁ ਕੂਟਸਥਲੀ ਬ੍ਰਿਛ ਮੂਲੰ ॥

Giriyo Jaanu Koottasathalee Brichha Moolaan ॥

ਗਿਰਿਯੋ ਦਛ ਤੈਸੇ ਕਟਿਯੋ ਸੀਸ ਸੂਲੰ ॥

Giriyo Dachha Taise Kattiyo Seesa Soolaan ॥

Rudra chopped the head Daksha with his trident and he fell down like an uprooted tree.

ਪਰਿਯੋ ਰਾਜ ਰਾਜੰ ਭਯੋ ਦੇਹ ਘਾਤੰ ॥

Pariyo Raaja Raajaan Bhayo Deha Ghaataan ॥

ਹਨਿਯੋ ਜਾਨ ਬਜ੍ਰੰ ਭਯੋ ਪਬ ਪਾਤੰ ॥੪੬॥

Haniyo Jaan Bajaraan Bhayo Paba Paataan ॥46॥

Daksha, the king of kings, fell down after his head was cut and he looked like the fallen mountain, whose wings had been cut by Indra with his weapon Vajra.46.

ਗਯੋ ਗਰਬ ਸਰਬੰ ਭਜੋ ਸੂਰਬੀਰੰ ॥

Gayo Garba Sarabaan Bhajo Soorabeeraan ॥

ਚਲਿਯੋ ਭਾਜ ਅੰਤਹਪੁਰ ਹੁਐ ਅਧੀਰੰ ॥

Chaliyo Bhaaja Aantahapur Huaai Adheeraan ॥

All the pride of Daksha was shattered and the mighty Rudra destroyed him completely.

ਗਰੇ ਡਾਰ ਅੰਚਰ ਪਰੈ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਪਾਯੋ ॥

Gare Daara Aanchar Pari Rudar Paayo ॥

ਅਹੋ ਰੁਦ੍ਰ ਕੀਜੈ ਕ੍ਰਿਪਾ ਕੈ ਸਹਾਯੰ ॥੪੭॥

Aho Rudar Keejai Kripaa Kai Sahaayaan ॥47॥

Then Rudra, getting impatient, speedily came to Antaipura, where everyone came with the cloth around his neck and falling at his feet said, “O Rudra be merciful to us, protect and help us”.47.
