Speech of Shravan :
ਕਛੁ ਪ੍ਰਾਨ ਰਹੇ ਤਿਹ ਮੱਧ ਤਨੰ ॥
Kachhu Paraan Rahe Tih Ma`dha Tanaan ॥
੨੪ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਰਾਮ - ੨੨/੧ - ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ
ਨਿਕਰੰਤ ਕਹਾ ਜੀਅ ਬਿੱਪ੍ਰ ਨ੍ਰਿਪੰ ॥
Nikaraanta Kahaa Jeea Bi`par Nripaan ॥
There were still some life-breath in the body of Shravan. In his final life-breaths, the Brahmin said to the kind:
੨੪ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਰਾਮ - ੨੨/੨ - ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ
ਮੁਰ ਤਾਤ ਰੁ ਮਾਤ ਨ੍ਰਿਚੱਛ ਪਰੇ ॥
Mur Taata Ru Maata Nricha`chha Pare ॥
੨੪ ਅਵਤਾਰ ਰਾਮ - ੨੨/੩ - ਸ੍ਰੀ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਸਾਹਿਬ
ਤਿਹ ਪਾਨ ਪਿਆਇ ਨ੍ਰਿਪਾਧ ਮਰੇ ॥੨੨॥
Tih Paan Piaaei Nripaadha Mare ॥22॥
“My mother and father are blind and are lying on that side. You go there and make them drink water, so that I may die peacefully.”22.
