Atha Dhuneeaa Guroo Kathanaan ॥
Now begins the description of the Cotton Carder as the Guru
Choupaee ॥
CHAUPAI
Aage Chalaa Raaja Saanniaasaa ॥
Eeka Aasa Gahi Aaisa Anaasaa ॥
Leaving all other desires and keeping only one thought in his mind, Dutt, the king of Yogis moved further
Taha Eika Rooma Dhunakhto Lahaa ॥
Aaisa Bhaanti Man Sou Muni Kahaa ॥188॥
There he saw a carder carding cotton and said thus in hiss mind188
Bhoop Sain Eih Jaata Na Lahee ॥
Gareevaa Neecha Neecha Hee Rahee ॥
“This man has not seen all the army passing in front of him and his neck remained bowed
Sagala Sain Vaahee Maga Gaeee ॥
Taa Kou Naiku Khbar Nahee Bhaeee ॥189॥
The whole army went on this path, but he was not conscious of that.”189.
Rooeee Dhunakhto Phiri Na Nihaaraa ॥
Neecha Hee Gareevaa Rahaa Bichaaraa ॥
While carding the cotton, he did not look back and this lowly person kept his neck bowed
Data Biloki Heeee Muskaanaa ॥
Khsattama Guroo Tisee Kahu Jaanaa ॥190॥
Seeing him, Dutt smiled in his mind and said, “I accept him as my sixth Guru.”190.
Rooma Heta Eih Jima Chitu Laayo ॥
Sain Gaeee Paru Sri Na Auchaayo ॥
Taiseeee Parbha Sou Pareeti Lagaeeeaai ॥
Taba Hee Purkh Puraatan Paeeeaai ॥191॥
The way in which he absorbed his mind in cotton and the army passed away and he did not raise his head, in the same way, when the Lord will be loved, then that ancient Purusha i.e. the Lord will be realized.191.
Eiti Rooeee Dhunakhtaa Penajaa Khsattamo Guroo Samaapataan ॥6॥
End of the description of the adoption of Carder as the sixth Guru.
