The natural tendency of the mind is to chase the mind.

ਮਨਹਿ ਮਾਰਿ ਕਵਨ ਸਿਧਿ ਥਾਪੀ ॥੧॥

Who has established himself as a Siddha, a being of miraculous spiritual powers, by killing his mind? ||1||
