Janam Paae Kashh Bhalo N Keeno Thaa Thae Adhhik Ddaro ||

Obtaining this human incarnation, I have done no good deeds; this makes me very afraid!

ਮਨ ਬਚ ਕ੍ਰਮ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਨ ਨਹੀ ਗਾਏ ਯਹ ਜੀਅ ਸੋਚ ਧਰਉ ॥੧॥
