Considering himself a guest, the sikh spends his life in loving devotion.

ਚਲਣੁ ਜਾਣਿ ਅਜਾਣ ਹੋਇ ਗਹੁ ਗਰਬੁ ਨਿਵਾਰੀ।
Chalanu Jaani Ajaanu Hoi Gahu Garabu Nivaaree |
They (Sikhs) remain unknown to deceit and pull out ego from their minds.

Their true conduct is to treat themselves as guests in this world.

The object of the Gurmukh is service and only such action is loved by the Lord.
