Lakhi Saaha Saangaraam Jujhe Jujhaaraan ॥

ਤਵੰ ਕੀਟ ਬਾਣੰ ਕਮਾਣੰ ਸੰਭਾਰੰ ॥

Tvaan Keetta Baanaan Kamaanaan Saanbhaaraan ॥

When this lowly person saw Shah Sangram falling (while fighting bravely) he held aloft his bow and arrows.

ਹਨਿਯੋ ਏਕ ਖਾਨੰ ਖਿਆਲੰ ਖਤੰਗੰ ॥

Haniyo Eeka Khaanaan Khiaalaan Khtaangaan ॥

ਡਸਿਯੋ ਸਤ੍ਰ ਕੋ ਜਾਨੁ ਸ੍ਯਾਮੰ ਭੁਜੰਗੰ ॥੨੪॥

Dasiyo Satar Ko Jaanu Saiaamaan Bhujangaan ॥24॥

He, fixing his gaze on a Khan, shot an arrow, which stung the enemy like a black cobra, who (the Khan) fell down.24.

ਗਿਰਿਯੋ ਭੂਮਿ ਸੋ ਬਾਣ ਦੂਜੋ ਸੰਭਾਰਿਯੋ ॥

ਤਜੇ ਪ੍ਰਾਣ ਤੀਜੇ ਲਗੈ ਬਾਣ ਬਾਜੀ ॥੨੫॥

Taje Paraan Teeje Lagai Baan Baajee ॥25॥

ਤਨੰ ਤਿਆਗ ਤੇ ਦੇਵ ਲੋਕੰ ਪਧਾਰੰ ॥੨੬॥

Tanaan Tiaaga Te Dev Lokaan Padhaaraan ॥26॥

Whosoever was struck, fell down unconscious, and leaving his body, went to the heavenly abode.26.

ਦੁਯੰ ਬਾਣ ਖੈਚੇ ਇਕੰ ਬਾਰਿ ਮਾਰੇ ॥

Duyaan Baan Khiche Eikaan Baari Maare ॥

ਬਲੀ ਬੀਰ ਬਾਜੀਨ ਤਾਜੀ ਬਿਦਾਰੇ ॥

Balee Beera Baajeena Taajee Bidaare ॥

ਜਿਸੈ ਬਾਨ ਲਾਗੈ ਰਹੇ ਨ ਸੰਭਾਰੰ ॥

ਤਨੰ ਬੇਧਿ ਕੈ ਤਾਹਿ ਪਾਰੰ ਸਿਧਾਰੰ ॥੨੭॥

Tanaan Bedhi Kai Taahi Paaraan Sidhaaraan ॥27॥

Whosoever was struck and pierced by his arrow, went straight to the other world.27.
