ਮਾਰਯੋ ਰਾਮ ਸਿਸਤ ਜਿ ਕਾਨ ॥

Maarayo Raam Sisata Ji Kaan ॥

The sons of Ram pulling their bows shot an arrow in the heart of the king of Lanka

ਤਬ ਗਿਰਯੋ ਦਾਨਵ ਸੁ ਭੂਮਿ ਮੱਧ ॥

Taba Griyo Daanva Su Bhoomi Ma`dha ॥

ਤਿਹ ਬਿਸੁਧ ਜਾਣ ਨਹੀ ਕੀਯੋ ਬੱਧ ॥੭੮੫॥

Tih Bisudha Jaan Nahee Keeyo Ba`dha ॥785॥

That demon fell down on the earth and considering him unconscious, the boys did not kill him.785.

ਤਬ ਰੁਕਯੋ ਤਾਸ ਸੁਗ੍ਰੀਵ ਆਨ ॥

Taba Rukayo Taasa Sugareeva Aan ॥

ਕਹਾ ਜਾਤ ਬਾਲ ਨਹੀ ਪੈਸ ਜਾਨ ॥

Kahaa Jaata Baala Nahee Paisa Jaan ॥

Then Sugriva came and stopped there and said, “O boys ! where are you going? You cannot get away and remain safe.”

ਤਬ ਹਣਯੋ ਬਾਣ ਤਿਹ ਭਾਲ ਤੱਕ ॥

Taba Hanyo Baan Tih Bhaala Ta`ka ॥

ਤਿਹ ਲਗਯੋ ਭਾਲ ਮੋ ਰਹਯੋ ਚੱਕ ॥੭੮੬॥

Tih Lagayo Bhaala Mo Rahayo Cha`ka ॥786॥

Then the boys of the sage made a target of his forehead and shot his arrow which struck his forehead and feeling the sharpness of the arrow, he became actionless.786.

ਚਪ ਚਲੀ ਸੈਣ ਕਪਣੀ ਸੁ ਕ੍ਰੁੱਧ ॥

Chapa Chalee Sain Kapanee Su Karu`dha ॥

ਨਲ ਨੀਲ ਹਨੂ ਅੰਗਦ ਸੁ ਜੁੱਧ ॥

Nala Neela Hanoo Aangada Su Ju`dha ॥

On seeing this the whole army was pressed and in great fury, they began to fight alongwith Nal, Neel, Hanuman and Angad

ਤਬ ਤੀਨ ਤੀਨ ਲੈ ਬਾਲ ਬਾਨ ॥

Taba Teena Teena Lai Baala Baan ॥

ਤਿਹ ਹਣੋ ਭਾਲ ਮੋ ਰੋਸ ਠਾਨ ॥੭੮੭॥

Tih Hano Bhaala Mo Rosa Tthaan ॥787॥

Then the boys took three arrows each and shot them on the foreheads of all.787.

ਜੋ ਗਏ ਸੂਰ ਸੋ ਰਹੇ ਖੇਤ ॥

Jo Gaee Soora So Rahe Kheta ॥

ਜੋ ਬਚੇ ਭਾਜ ਤੇ ਹੁਇ ਅਚੇਤ ॥

Jo Bache Bhaaja Te Huei Acheta ॥

Those who remained in the field, they embraced death an those who survived lost their senses and ran away

ਤਬ ਤਕਿ ਤਕਿ ਸਿਸ ਕੱਸਿ ਬਾਣ ॥

Taba Taki Taki Sisa Ka`si Baan ॥

ਦਲ ਹਤਯੋ ਰਾਘਵੀ ਤੱਜਿ ਕਾਣਿ ॥੭੮੮॥

Dala Hatayo Raaghavee Ta`ji Kaani ॥788॥

Then those boys tightly shot their arrows on their arrows on their targets and destroyed fearlessly the forces of Ram.788.
